Preferred: Master&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>Must have experience in Mental Health counseling. Experience in Substance Use Disorder Counseling is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience with integrated behavioral health preferred.</li><li>Multi-lingual (Spanish, Nepali, or Somali) and/or experience in working with interpreters/diverse patient populations preferred.</li><li>Ability to successfully guide others to create an efficient, harmonious work environment</li><li>Supervision certification or supervision experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to Social Work Licenses</li><li>EMR/EHR experience required</li><li>Competency in working sensitively and 1respectfully with people of various cultures and social status</li><li>Skills to expertly deliver exceptional health care to the public</li></ul><p><br><strong>Facility Environment</strong>:<br>Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers operates in multiple locations, in Columbus, OH. All facilities have a medical office environment with front-desk reception area, separate patient examination rooms, nursing stations, pharmacy stock room, business offices, hallways and private toilet facilities.
