In this role, you will lead mechanical design efforts, develop high-performance engineering solutions, and ensure seamless integration across various defense and aerospace applications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will play a key role in product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a passion for developing high-quality, mission-critical solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems for defense and aerospace applications.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.</li>\n<li>Drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring compliance with technical, cost, and schedule requirements.</li>\n<li>Conduct simulations, modeling, and testing to validate designs and optimize performance.</li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring the successful delivery of high-value end products.</li>\n<li>Support proposal development and provide technical expertise in business development efforts.</li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a <strong>U.S. citizen</strong> with the ability to obtain a <strong>Secret security clearance</strong>.</li>\n<li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (<strong>Master’s preferred</strong>).</li>\n<li><strong>Minimum of 7 years of experience</strong> in mechanical engineering, including design, analysis, and systems integration.</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in <strong>CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar)</strong> and engineering analysis tools.</li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>structural analysis, thermal analysis, materials selection, and manufacturing processes</strong>.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>aerospace, defense, and/or hypersonic systems</strong>.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in <strong>DoD or aerospace programs</strong>, including work with agencies such as DARPA, NASA, Army, Navy, Air Force, MDA, or National Labs.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>advanced materials, composites, additive manufacturing, and thermal protection systems</strong>.</li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>GD&amp;T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ASME standards</strong>.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)</strong> tools.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in <strong>proposal development, technical writing, and securing new business opportunities</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Culture &amp; Values</strong></p>\n<p>At Created Solutions, our motto, <strong>“Consider it done,”</strong> is more than a slogan—it reflects our commitment to innovation, excellence, and integrity.</p>\n<p>We seek team members who:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thrive in <strong>fast-paced, dynamic environments</strong>.</li>\n<li>Bring a <strong>problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic</strong>.</li>\n<li>Value <strong>collaboration and continuous learning</strong>.</li>\n<li>Are committed to making a <strong>positive impact</strong>—both in their work and in their community.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our company believes that all people are created equal <strong>for a purpose</strong>.
