This role supports VTIS and Silo Operators by ensuring base/blend availability on demand while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Coordinate all Auxiliary processes, including batching, ingredient handling, and documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Execute batching accurately according to customer batch sheets&nbsp;</li><li>Order, inspect, and manage ingredients to ensure production readiness&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure base/blend is prepared on time for VTIS or Silo Operators&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate batch records and product measurements (pH, Brix, viscosity, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Perform start-up checks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot issues as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Manage base inventory, minimize product loss, and maintain yield control&nbsp;</li><li>Execute and document CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes and system hookups&nbsp;</li><li>Follow and enforce all safety, GMP, food safety, and quality standards&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate team tasks and support operators during production runs&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) per batch sheet&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties or support other areas as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul>",
