    "description_html": "<p><strong>Who we are:</strong> We are a top rated Orthodontic Office in Springville Utah.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Mission:</strong> We strive to be the best part of our patients’ day, creating beautiful smiles, and lasting relationships in a caring way with excellent service, state of the art orthodontic treatment and beautiful results.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description and duties</strong> include but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Greet all patients upon their arrival and ensure their needs are exceeded.</li><li>Monitor the arrival of patients.</li><li>Schedule all appointments.</li><li>Stabilize the production by scheduling the Ideal Day.</li><li>Facilitate the production and scheduling portion of the morning meeting by identifying open time in the schedule for various appointment types.</li><li>Update addresses, telephone numbers and insurance information as the patients arrive.</li><li>Oversee the schedule during the day to ensure that it runs smoothly. Adjust the schedule as necessary.</li><li>Complete a telephone slip for each new patient and forward documents to them.</li><li>Monitor and track new patient phone calls and document referral sources and pertinent information.</li><li>Oversee and train all appropriate staff members on the scheduling program/software.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the office manager and doctor.</li><li>Interpret phone calls, new patient visits, billing inquiries, etc. for Spanish speaking patients.</li></ul><p><strong>What we Offer:</strong> This is a full time position and an excellent career opportunity with a competitive salary.
