Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a <strong>Network Engineer</strong> in <strong>Herndon, Virginia</strong>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are in need of an Engineer who will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engineer, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10 (and up) desktop operating systems, including establishing new build and deployment methods for Windows workstations.</li>\n <li>Engineer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Group Policy</li>\n <li>Engineer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender including utilization for reporting and patching.</li>\n <li>Support and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019 technologies.</li>\n <li>Conduct and review Rapid 7 scans</li>\n <li>Create processes to automate task and configuration items using PowerShell</li>\n <li>Support and troubleshoot issues involving desktop applications including M365 products and classification management tools.</li>\n <li>Document all new changes introduced to the system and keep existing documentation current.</li>\n <li>Support other Tier1 and Tier2 personnel with user issues, including application assistance, network troubleshooting and other user assistance items as needed.</li>\n <li>Monitor and administer Azure Virtual Desktop environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:   </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engineering experience supporting a Windows platform environment with the following core Microsoft Windows platforms, services and tools:</li>\n <li>Windows 10 (and up) Desktop Operating Systems</li>\n <li>Windows 2019 (and up) Server Operating Systems</li>\n <li>Active Directory</li>\n <li>Group Policy</li>\n <li>DNS, DHCP</li>\n <li>Microsoft PowerShell scripting</li>\n <li>Strong verbal communication and documentation skill</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Agile Methodology</li>\n <li>Terraform</li>\n <li>Visual Studio Code</li>\n <li>Git</li>\n <li>KQL/SQL Queries</li>\n <li>DevOps</li>\n <li>Certs: Microsoft AZ900 and MS900</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you can expect from us</h2>\n<p><em>BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
