We combine industry partnerships and long-term federal experience with innovative technical leadership to support our customers’ critical missions.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, implement, administer, and support Tableau platform environments  </li>\n <li>Manage Tableau configuration, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and platform health  </li>\n <li>Support integration with enterprise data sources, authentication services, and supporting infrastructure  </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot Tableau platform, extract, connectivity, and performance issues  </li>\n <li>Administer access, permissions, groups, and security controls  </li>\n <li>Support migration and promotion of Tableau content and platform changes across environments  </li>\n <li>Monitor backgrounder performance, extract schedules, and system utilization  </li>\n <li>Maintain backup, recovery, failover, and resiliency procedures  </li>\n <li>Support integration with cloud and data platforms, including databases and governed analytics environments  </li>\n <li>Implement automation and repeatable deployment processes  </li>\n <li>Maintain documentation for administration, deployment, and support procedures  </li>\n <li>Apply platform security, patching, and vulnerability remediation  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field  </li>\n <li>5+ years of experience supporting complex analytics or platform environments  </li>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud  </li>\n <li>Experience with Tableau upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and platform administration  </li>\n <li>Experience troubleshooting Tableau performance, extracts, schedules, and connectivity  </li>\n <li>Experience integrating Tableau with enterprise data sources and identity providers  </li>\n <li>Experience supporting controlled releases across development, test, and production  </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of platform security, access controls, and environment administration  </li>\n <li>Experience with scripting, automation, or deployment support  </li>\n <li>Experience with system monitoring and operational support  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience integrating Tableau with AWS, PostgreSQL, Databricks, or similar data platforms  </li>\n <li>Experience with Tableau migration and promotion processes  </li>\n <li>Experience with SSO, group-based access, and role-based permissions  </li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools  </li>\n <li>Experience using Tableau APIs or scripting for administration and automation  </li>\n <li>Familiarity with metadata, governance, and certified data source practices  </li>\n <li>Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirement</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a <strong>U.S. Citizen</strong> with the ability to obtain and maintain <strong>U.S. suitability</strong>  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Acuity</strong></p>\n<p>At Acuity, your work matters—and so does your experience.
