We have established a lengthy repeat client list and solid reputation for quality, on-time delivery with competitive pricing.  Craftworks USA is AWI-QCP and FSC Certified.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are seeking a Stone Manager for our rapidly growing Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA</span>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do: </span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee stone and quartz projects from initial estimating through final installation, including scheduling, purchasing, fabrication coordination, and field execution</li>\n<li>Create, track, and update comprehensive project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved</li>\n<li>Partner with architects, designers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive smooth and coordinated project delivery</li>\n<li>Identify, qualify, and manage stone vendors, fabrication partners, and installation subcontractors</li>\n<li>Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material takeoffs to validate accuracy prior to project start</li>\n<li>Track project budgets, material usage, and timelines to ensure financial and schedule objectives are met</li>\n<li>Enforce safety requirements, internal policies, and applicable industry standards throughout all phases of work</li>\n<li>Proactively address project risks, issues, and changes to maintain quality and schedule commitments</li>\n<li>Assist with the creation and refinement of processes, workflows, and quality assurance standards specific to stone operations</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, quality, and operational growth</li>\n<li>Play a key role in establishing and scaling the company’s stone division</li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need to be successful: </span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing stone, quartz, or solid surface fabrication and installation projects</li>\n<li>In‑depth knowledge of stone materials, fabrication techniques, and installation practices</li>\n<li>Established relationships with stone suppliers, fabricators, and installation partners</li>\n<li>Background supporting commercial construction or interior finishes projects with tight schedules and technical requirements</li>\n<li>Proficient in reviewing and interpreting architectural, shop, and construction drawings</li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners</li>\n<li>Familiarity with project management software and/or CAD platforms preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with architectural millwork, casework, or commercial interior finishes is a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Rycon Construction Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Attention: All third-party agencies, headhunters and recruiters</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rycon Construction is not accepting candidate submission by unsolicited third parties to any company email address.
