Valtir is dedicated to bring the next generation of innovative safety products to an ever-changing market.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>2nd Shift 12:00pm &ndash; 8:30pm:&nbsp;</strong>FULL-TIME <strong>&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong>$3,000 sign on bonus.</strong>&nbsp;$1,000 paid out at 30 days, $1,000 paid out at 90 days &amp; $1,000 paid out at 180 days.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Valtir is hiring a 2<sup>nd</sup> shift Custodian to support our Lima, OH manufacturing facility. The role requires a highly motived, detailed and organized individual who is dedicated and takes pride in their work.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Duties Include, but not limited to:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Preform custodian duties in the main office building and restrooms including but limited to: dusting, mopping, disinfecting, removal of waste in and around facility.</li><li>Property clean up focusing on 5S throughout the facility</li><li>Complete assigned cleaning checklists</li><li>Paint offices, equipment and department layout as needed. Create shadow boards. Paint department layouts. Label processes and equipment.</li><li>Report status and problem areas to facilitate corrective actions when needed.</li><li>Act as a groundman for areal support and confined space attendant.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, rules and guidelines; and notify supervisor/team lead of any existing or potential safety issues</li><li>Organizes tools, fixtures, &amp; equipment for optimized retrieval and flow</li><li>Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Environment:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conditions can be hot, cold, dirty,&nbsp;and noisy.</li><li>The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the plant.</li><li>Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
