    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong><u>Job Purpose</u></strong></p><p>Oversee all phases of production required to produce and package products that meet established quality standards and customer expectations. Maximize production effectiveness through establishing and maintaining standard work using total productive maintenance methods focused on the achievement of zero accidents, zero quality defects, and zero unplanned controllable downtime.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage the daily production operations of the facility and its components</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support employee and food safety, product quality, asset effectiveness, and workplace organization</li><li>Develop KPIs and report on weekly/monthly trends</li><li>Provide leadership for production personnel to achieve plant-specific goals and objectives via continuous process improvement and alignment with the company&#39;s mission and core values</li><li>Drive employee engagement, training, and development to maximize safety, quality, and productivity; ensure all quality standards, specifications, and policies are met or exceeded</li><li>Develop and manage annual production operating budget and standards</li><li>Ensure regulatory compliance including, but not limited to, OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, FLSA, EEO, OFCCP, and NLRB</li><li>Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing environment</li><li>5+ years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience with food packaging equipment and packaging materials</li><li>Demonstrated results in the use of continuous improvement tools to improve safety, quality, and financial performance</li><li>Proven fiscal responsibility (financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, variance reporting, etc.)</li><li>Strong computer skills including experience with warehouse management systems, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to develop and implement training programs and operational procedures</li><li>Proven leadership and team-building skills including the ability to motivate a diverse workforce to achieve desired results</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to think critically and solve complex problems, as well as seek proactive solutions</li><li>Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div></div>\n",
