Reporting to the Shift Supervisor.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br></span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">The Net Loft Worker is responsible for the repair, alteration, maintenance, and storage of aquaculture nets to ensure they remain in optimal condition and maximize their lifespan and value. This is a labour‑intensive role requiring physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\"><em><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></em></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Repair, maintain, and store nets according to company standards.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Measure net depth and stretches to specifications.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Inspect nets for holes, rope breaks, and other damage.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Perform required repairs including fixing holes, rope breaks, splicing, sewing, and related tasks.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Occasionally operate overhead cranes and/or forklifts to move nets (certification/competency required).&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Take direction from Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance on work assignments.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Adhere to all repair standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Handle nets safely to preserve quality and reduce wear.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Ensure tools are properly stored in designated locations.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
