The successful candidate will leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of Surface Warfare readiness to enhance the Type Commander’s insight into fleet readiness issues.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze and evaluate Surface Force readiness databases to improve operational efficiency and readiness</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and bridge data gaps, ensuring accurate and comprehensive reporting</li><li>Utilize metrics from the PESTONI framework (Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Infrastructure/Networks) to develop insights</li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Surface Force business practices, both from organic and non-organic data sources</li><li>Design data visualization tools and predictive models to support decision-making at all levels</li><li>Present complex findings to senior leadership through detailed reports and presentations</li><li>Continuously monitor and improve database design and management processes</li></ul>",
