    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of various analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities</span><br>• Interviewing internal and external stakeholders to develop solution requirements and captured user stories. Liaison between business users and business partners, managing relationships and monitoring all requirements updates<br>• Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s), System Design flows, Sequence Diagrams providing the appropriate scope of work for the team<br>• Create low-fidelity prototype and test end-to-end scenarios, going through the life cycle of application development<br>• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with the QA teams to write Use cases, test strategies, preparation of testing data for quality assurance.<br>• Providing technical solutions/system solutions to fix real-time technical issues.<br>• Support, consult and interact with stakeholders, partners and customers<br>• Analyzes customer requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications</p>\n<p>• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed</p>\n<p>• Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies</p>\n<p>• Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span><br>• Degree in computer science or business management and related fields<br>• 5+ years of BA experience<br>• Familiar with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology and Design Thinking<br>• Having excellent problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and suggest product road maps<br>• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player<br>• Requires cross platform integration knowledge<br>• Experience with SAP technologies is a plus<br>• Experience with full life-cycle implementations</p>",
