This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping attract top talent in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"189ilcj\" data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"758\">Position Summary</h3><p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"1296\">The Recruiting Specialist will support hiring efforts across multiple dealership locations and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
