    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.2.8/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.2.8/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\">We are offering a WEEKEND schedule for a Lead Production Associate on NIGHT SHIFT that offers the following:</p><p>Base wage: $19.50 per hour</p><p>Shift Differential: $4.00 per hour for Night Shift</p><p>Alternating Schedule:</p><p>&middot; Week A: Thursday through Sunday, 7 PM to 7:30 AM (48 hours)</p><p>&middot; Week B: Friday through Sunday, 7 PM to 7:30 AM (36 hours)</p><p>The Weekend Lead Production Associate will manage the production floor performing various manufacturing duties, including coating, molding, and assembly, and ensuring machines are properly manned and operational. In addition to performing Production Associate duties, the Weekend Lead Production Associate will also help ensure all goals and objectives are met.</p><p>Responsibilities Include:</p><ul><li>Start and stop injection presses and coating lines</li><li>Oversee and cover production line with breaks and lunch so all machines stay operational</li><li>Perform color changes and foil changes in injection presses</li><li>Oversee the production and inspection required in each machine to meet the production schedule, as well as visually inspect for quality and defects</li><li>Use ERP system to track and record production</li><li>Boxing or packing modular tile products on an assembly line</li><li>Move and place tiles to conveyer belt, as well as remove tiles and place in boxes</li><li>Operate 2-3 molding machines at a time</li><li>Print labels for production</li><li>Accurately pull, build, and pack court hardware kits and components</li><li>Complete work orders and enter data into the system</li><li>Conduct general housekeeping of equipment which may include cleaning press and changing U/V light, along with other general housekeeping duties (such as sweeping) to keep all work areas clean</li><li>Operate forklift as needed</li></ul><p>WHAT WE WOULD LOVE ABOUT YOU!</p><ul><li>HS Diploma, GED or work experience preferred</li><li>Injection molding experience</li><li>Read, write and communicate in English</li><li>Basic math skills helpful</li><li>Forklift experience, or willingness to become forklift certified</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks independently</li><li>Detail and safety oriented</li><li>Ability to keep up in a fast paced, repetitive environment</li></ul><p>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL LOVE ABOUT US!</p><ul><li>Starting Pay at $19.50 hour PLUS $4.00 shift differential per hour worked.</li><li>FULL TIME employment while having an alternating schedule of 3-4 days off per week!</li><li>FULL training will be provided before transitioning to weekend shift</li><li>We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
