These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Material Handler</strong></p>\n<p>Walton, KY</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting Pay Rate of <strong>$19.76/hour</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shift</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7pm - 7am\n  <ul>\n   <li>Thursday, Friday, Saturday - week 1 </li>\n   <li>Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - week 2 </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n<p>Handle laborer duties for plant, operate baler for shift waste, deliver inks to preprint department, and ensure paste is being prepared to the specifications with minimal waste.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures. Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards</li>\n <li>Keep work area clean and organized, per standards</li>\n <li>Follow all applicable food service policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Follow all PPE policies, wearing steel toe shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, hair nets/beard nets, etc. as required</li>\n <li>Safely execute daily job activities including, but not limited to, 1) complete pre-shift truck inspections, 2) perform lockout/tagout for baler equipment, 3) follow confined space procedure for entering baler pit area</li>\n <li>Travel from machine to machine, taking finished product and stacking it on pallets in correct pattern</li>\n <li>Put bags through shrink tunnel, if necessary, and stack off at the other end</li>\n <li>Change plastic rolls for shrink tunnel</li>\n <li>Deliver ink to presses, reading schedule, getting ink out of barrels or off shelves, and stocking machines per schedule</li>\n <li>Remedying any minor issues Strapper/Shrink Tunnel/Labeler/Robot/Stretch Wrapper</li>\n <li>Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or applicable work experience</li>\n <li>This is an entry level position</li>\n <li>Must have basic PC knowledge</li>\n <li>Will need to use hammers and socket wrenches</li>\n <li>Must be able to operate forklift, attachments, and hoists</li>\n <li>Must have basic reading, math and communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#INDQSR</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
