The person will assist in data project management with various levels of the organization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities and Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy, and to avoid errors or mistakes; Including: checking programmed surveys for logic and precision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Regularly liaise with internal team to ensure all relevant project information is fully obtained before the project goes into field;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Log sample information and accurately generate sample inventory reports into database;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Verify all incoming samples comply with in-house methodology and SOPs </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Monitoring and reviewing the quality of data collected to ensure samples and quotas meet the project plan</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Supporting in developing and reviewing of client final data file deliverables, and all other reports requested by the Operations team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">University degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates welcomed) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Advanced EXCEL skills and experience (Vlookup, Countif, Conditional formatting and etc)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Experience in handling over large datasets (e.g. over 10,000 row and 100 columns)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">SPSS, SAS, or related statistical analysis software experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Crosstabulation software experience (e.g. Wincross)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Ability to collect, analyze, manipulate, use data visualization techniques</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organization skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others for the purpose of data exchange, clarification and follow up</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Proficient with MS Office Suite of applications along with ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systems</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Tableau or PowerBI</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\">Econometrics, Statistics, or Mathematics background </span></li>\n</ul>",
