Your role will involve collaborating with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for our customers' homes.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>In this role, you will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Interacting and engaging with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort to help us build customers for life.</li><li>Efficiently communicating during in-home conversations; helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs while improving the comfort and air quality in their homes.</li><li>Conducting follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record in driving results.</li><li>Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes and drive sales effectiveness.</li><li>Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings, providing personalized service and fostering direct connections.</li><li>Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of business to consumer sales- prior industry experience not REQUIRED</li><li>Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The physical requirements of this job include:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office</li><li>Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.</li><li>Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone</li><li>Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.&nbsp;</li><li>Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.</li><li>Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Southern Home Services will make reasonable accommodations to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We offer a rewarding career path with great benefits, flexible schedules, professional and on-the-job training, and growth plans.
