From check-in to check-out, you’ll help create a seamless, personalized experience that leaves a lasting impression.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>📣 \n<strong>This is a permanent, year-round position-not seasonal</strong>\n<h2>💼 Why Join Willow Valley Communities?</h2>\n<p>We believe in taking care of our team members—because you take such great care of our guests.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>🎓 Tuition reimbursement & scholarship opportunities</li>\n <li>💸 Weekly pay</li>\n <li>🎉 Paid Time Off (including your birthday!)</li>\n <li>🏋️‍♂️ Access to premium amenities such as our on-site gym and indoor swimming pool</li>\n <li>👏 Team member events & recognition programs</li>\n <li>➕ And so much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $15/hour </p>\n<h2>✨ What You’ll Do</h2>\n<p>As part of our Guest Relations team, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure</li>\n <li>Manage check-ins and check-outs while answering questions and providing support</li>\n <li>Assist guests with luggage, packages, and transportation support when needed</li>\n <li>Deliver personalized service to enhance each guest’s experience</li>\n <li>Act as a concierge—offering recommendations, directions, and reservations</li>\n <li>Answer calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with team members using radios when needed</li>\n <li>Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times</li>\n <li>Process payments and reconcile daily reports</li>\n <li>Support business center and lobby upkeep</li>\n <li>Assist with guest use of amenities, including fitness spaces</li>\n <li>Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures</li>\n <li>Submit maintenance and IT requests as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>✅ What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Previous concierge or hospitality experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others</li>\n <li>Professional communication and problem-solving abilities</li>\n <li>Comfort with basic technology (Microsoft Office, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>🕒 Schedule & Details</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Part-Time</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Overnight Shift:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>12:00 AM – 8:00 AM every Friday</li>\n   <li>12:00 AM – 8:00 AM every other Saturday and Sunday</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>📍 <strong>Location:</strong>Guest Suites of Willow Valley Communities211 Willow Valley SquareLancaster, PA 17601</p>\n<h2>🌈 Be the Highlight of Someone’s Stay</h2>\n<p>If you thrive in a customer-focused environment and enjoy making people feel welcome, we’d love to meet you.
