With a team of 70+ professionals across four offices, we support 120+ transactions annually for middle-market private equity firms, investment banks, and portfolio companies.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Blue Ops is seeking an M&amp;A Manager to lead financial due diligence and transaction execution across multiple private equity and middle-market M&amp;A engagements. This client-facing role serves as the day-to-day deal lead, owning engagement execution from LOI through close and into post-transaction execution.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements</li>\n<li>Prepare and review quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and transaction models</li>\n<li>Manage multiple concurrent engagements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary client contact for private equity sponsors, bankers, and management teams</li>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and develop Associates and Analysts</li>\n<li>Present diligence findings and transaction insights to clients</li>\n<li>Support post-close integration and value creation initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–10 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, investment banking, or corporate development</li>\n<li>Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills</li>\n<li>Experience leading client-facing diligence engagements</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities</li>\n<li>CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<p>Blue Ops offers a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, comprehensive benefits package, and a clear path for advancement within a growing M&amp;A platform.</p>",
