    "description_html": "<p>Summary of Position</p><p>Maintain clean dining area and replenish clean items along with assisting Front of House staff throughout shift.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Functions</p><ul><li>Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths.</li><li>Complete opening and closing duties effectively and in timely manner.</li><li>Sweep, mop, and set out mats.</li><li>Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.</li><li>Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.</li><li>Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.</li><li>Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in dining rooms, to facilitate customer service.</li><li>Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.</li><li>Fill beverage or ice dispensers.</li><li>Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.</li><li>Locate items requested by customers.</li><li>Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens to serving area.</li><li>Serve food to customers when servers need assistance.</li><li>Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants and mop or vacuum floors.</li><li>Assist servers with sidework if necessary.</li><li>Accommodate guests needs or requests when possible or direct them to someone who can.</li><li>Restock bar ice wells, bus tubs, and trash cans.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Competencies</p><ul><li>Customer/Client Focus.</li><li>Ethical Conduct.</li><li>Initiative.</li><li>Thoroughness.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Supervisory Responsibility</p><p>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Work Environment</p><p>This position operates in a restaurant setting. Frequent hand washing is required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Physical Demands</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.
