One day our roustabout team might be swapping a massive machine in a manufacturing plant, and the next day be building a grain bin or grain leg tower!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This job is a fast-paced position where you won't get sick of doing the same thing day-in and day-out because of the wide range of projects we do.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Essential Job Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficiently and accurately assist with the installation and maintenance of machinery in factories, power plants, and construction sites. Knowledge of grain storage equipment such as bucket elevators, conveyors, distributors, augers, spouting, legs, storage bins and tanks, structural towers, catwalks, platforms, etc. is preferred.</li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of each job site</li>\n<li>Assist in loading, unloading, lifting, and moving of materials, parts, and tools, to and from site</li>\n<li>May perform welding duties, such as flat, vertical, and overhead stick welding</li>\n<li>Operate hand &amp; power tools, and other equipment as required to complete projects</li>\n<li>Perform assigned tasks to time standards and quality expectations</li>\n<li>Assist crew with clean-up and housekeeping duties around job site, trucks, and trailers, leaving job site clean and orderly</li>\n<li>Maintain professional, respectful relationships with internal and external customers</li>\n<li>Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations</li>\n<li>Assist other team members to get job done, as well as other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manual labor and construction experience preferred</li>\n<li>Grain equipment installation experience a plus; welding experience a plus</li>\n<li>Basic ability to read a tape measure, blueprints and have basic math skills</li>\n<li>Ability to drive a company vehicle preferred, but not required</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented</li>\n<li>Must possess excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with a team</li>\n<li>Ability to work at heights</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Physical Demands:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routinely sitting, walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, reaching, and handling (ability to climb stairs, ladders, and roof ladders regularly), as well as working at heights</li>\n<li>Ability to lift at least (75) pounds</li>\n<li>Working near moving mechanical parts; near noise routinely, and exposed to outdoor elements</li>\n</ul>",
