It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and essential to helping clients achieve what matters most.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Logistics Guide</span>, you’ll be the heartbeat of the client experience — monitoring shipments in motion, resolving issues in real time, and providing expert guidance on the best shipping solutions for each situation. You’ll work alongside an incredible team and under the mentorship of a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Squad Leader</span>, serving clients who are advancing global healthcare.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own the client experience:</span><br>Be the first point of contact for clients — by email, phone, and portal — to ensure every shipment moves smoothly from pickup to delivery.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Deliver fast, accurate solutions:</span><br>Recommend the right service level based on urgency, temperature, and risk. Act fast when problems arise — coordinate with carriers and internal partners to keep shipments on track.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monitor shipments in real time:</span><br>Track every movement, anticipate potential delays, and communicate updates before clients ask.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Master the details:</span><br>Review domestic and international documents for accuracy, compliance, and customs readiness.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Use smart tools:</span><br>Work in our internal <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Transportation Management System</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mercury CRM</span> to keep data clean, organized, and actionable.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate &amp; improve:</span><br>Partner with teammates, carriers, and the operations leadership to identify better processes and eliminate friction for clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<p>You’re resourceful, confident, and thrive under pressure. You love to solve problems, work with people, and find satisfaction in seeing your shipments arrive right and on time.
