We&rsquo;re even more interested in your positive attitude and flexible mindset!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND</strong></p><p>We&#39;re looking for passionate, detail oriented, and empathetic people to join our Accounts Payable team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU</strong></p><p>Coding invoices to proper general ledger accounts; ensuring proper authorization of all payables</p><p>Processing special and weekly check runs; preparing accounts payable checks and remittance advice</p><p>Setup new vendor accounts, including relevant W9 information</p><p>Assists offices with filling out applicationsChecks and processes all vouchers for payment, prepares invoice deduction notices, negotiates late fees and balance adjustments as necessary</p><p>Answers all vendor inquiries, analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted</p><p>Prepares credit applications for new vendors</p><p>Prints all accounts payable reports, creates and maintains all accounts payable files- including all leases binders</p><p>Analytically review invoices for variances from historical data</p><p>Prepares analysis of accounts, as requiredAssists with special project, such as new staff development, sales tax audit, and budget development/analysis, as requested</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHO WE ARE</strong></p><p>Our globally recognized healthcare team is comprised of some of the top minds in ocular medicine.
