This person will be responsible for developing and performing full life cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, ATS processing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding tasks for various positions at Rockville Internal Medicine Group. &nbsp;Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker and proactive problem solver, has a positive can-do attitude, treats others with respect and integrity, has a professional demeanor with a passion for finding the &quot;right&quot; people.&nbsp;</p><p>The candidate will have a strong sense of urgency/responsiveness, excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. &nbsp;</p><p>This position will be instrumental in ensuring that recruitment metrics are met and job vacancies are filled. &nbsp;If you are ambitious and want to help employ others, while having a fantastic job with great benefits yourself, then being a recruiter for Rockville Internal Medicine Group is the right fit for you.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">*All New Hires are required to be COVID 19 vaccinated</strong></p><p><strong>KEY FUNCTIONS &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing strategies, and determine candidate selection criteria.</li><li>Creatively source talent&nbsp;using various tools such as cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, search engines, social networking, resume databases, etc. to generate high volume/high quality candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.</li><li>Screen applicant resumes based on the job description requirements; arranging interviews with hiring managers; verifying previous employment; conducting reference checks; arranging for a background check. Ensures all hiring processes are effective and legally compliant.</li><li>Document candidate qualifications, salary expectations, capabilities, and other details.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead in updating job descriptions from department managers. Ensures information is complete and current.</li><li>Ability to validate history and skills to incorporate but not limited to listening, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, attention to detail, dedication, confidence, self-awareness, marketing, target driven, relationship building, and strong written &amp; verbal communication.</li><li>Research talent acquisition trends and recommend new sourcing methodologies for recruiting active and passive candidates.</li><li>Other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p>1) Two (2) or more years of human resource generalist experience or experience as a recruiter in a healthcare organization is preferred.</p><p>2) Related bachelor&#39;s degree preferred.</p><p>3) Experience and aptitude with HRIS, preferably UKG Workforce Ready preferred.
