    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the repair and maintenance of facility equipment. This position will also assist or lead in all other aspects of grain handling, storage, maintaining facilities/equipment and elevator operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>5V, LLC is joint venture partnership between Viserion Grain, LLC and Five Rivers Cattle Feeding encompassing a shuttle train grain facility in Dalhart, Texas. This facility is positioned to meet the growing demand for feed in the region and represents a key strategic asset to complement the partners’ existing grain, merchandising, and feed businesses.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Use hand and power tools to repair or replace faulty equipment parts and reassemble equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and operate efficiently.</li>\n <li>Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.</li>\n <li>Use tools ranging from hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.</li>\n <li>Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.</li>\n <li>Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.</li>\n <li>Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools.</li>\n <li>Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams.</li>\n <li>Operate a cutting torch or welding equipment to perform repairs and fabrication. </li>\n <li>Thoroughly understands all facets of Viserion’s safety programs and culture, with strong working knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations. </li>\n <li>Consistently demonstrates safe working practices and promptly communicates safety alarms to operations.</li>\n <li>Responsible for properly and accurately recording all applicable documentation.</li>\n <li>Assist all areas of the loading, unloading, and transferring of grain and grain products for truck, and rail </li>\n <li>Perform basic housekeeping and cleaning duties.</li>\n <li>Compliance with all the Company’s safety programs and policies.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>Associates, Technical or Mechanical Degree desired.</li>\n <li>Two to five (3-5) years of experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a quality-controlled environment.</li>\n <li>Welding and light fabrication preferred.</li>\n <li>Agriculture and/or grain elevator experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirments</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly walk, bend and stoop.</li>\n <li>Regularly required to walk on catwalks at a variety of heights; up to 200 feet with appropriate safety equipment.</li>\n <li>Regularly climb stairs and ladders.</li>\n <li>Regularly lift up to 75 pounds.</li>\n <li>Regularly enter and works in confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Min</h2>USD $0.00/Yr.\n<h2>Compensation Max</h2>USD $0.00/Yr.",
