These initiatives will drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and approaches. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues. This is an opportunity to provide your insights and enable Workplace Investments to make the data-driven decisions required to meet their strategic objectives.</p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\">The Expertise We’re Looking For</span></p><ul><li>·Bachelors or equivalent with 2 years of experience.</li><li>·Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge in querying language and/or querying applications to create, manipulate and transform large datasets.</li><li>Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics.</li><li>Working experience with PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.</li><li>Experience in interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative.</li><li>Financial industry experience, a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\">The Purpose of Your Role</span></p><p>You will serve as Manager for analytics and insights work reporting on the various improvement initiatives that cut across our Workplace (WI) business units.
