      "value": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or related fields or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with the scientific stack (e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) for implementing and analyzing simulations.</li><li>Experience building or using simulation tools for dynamic systems (e.g. physics-based or hardware emulation).</li><li>Proven experience in the aerospace industry, ideally with direct exposure to flight software and hardware.</li><li>Comfortable working in Ubuntu/Linux environments and using the command line as part of your daily workflow.</li><li>Proficient with Git and experienced using GitLab and CI pipelines — you should be comfortable managing branches, handling merge requests, and troubleshooting CI issues independently.</li></ul>Nice-to-have:<br><ul><li>Experience with Basilisk or similar simulation frameworks.</li><li>Experience integrating simulations into SIL/HIL setups or automated test environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Docker.</li><li>Experience with InfluxDB and Grafana.</li></ul>"
