Duties include learning Toray&rsquo;s quality standard by understanding how to check for defects and hourly checks of the machine. Entry technicians will review the quality process and find quality issues with oversight from senior technicians. Additionally, the technician will package rolls and retrieve required items for production. &nbsp;As time progresses, the Production Technician I should be able to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision to complete allocated tasks. Tasks would include setting up the machine with full oversight, being able to prioritize routine tasks to improve efficiency, and troubleshooting minor production-related issues. Additionally, the technician should be able to follow procedures which include the use of personal protection equipment.
