You&#8217;ll work closely with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders to drive operational success and KPI performance.<br><br><strong>Key responsibilities&#160;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">&#160;Oversee merchandising project, overall daily operations and ensure project effectiveness and KPI&#160;<br>achievements.<br>&#8226; Serve as contact point to clients on merchandising project.<br>&#8226; Monitor and manage headcount fulfillment for the projects (recruitment, onboarding, replacements).<br>&#8226; New project preparation and operational planning.<br>&#8226; Ensure retail performance standard &amp; outlets execution are complied.<br>&#8226; Address to compliments and action to resolve.<br>&#8226; Monitor &amp; review merchandisers&#8217; performance based on the KPIs set.<br>&#8226; Monitor merchandiser performance (including sales achievement of assigned cluster).<br>&#8226; Align with project key account PIC &amp; region sales PIC on SOPs execution.<br>&#8226; Weekly reports compilation, if any<br>&#8226; Market visit/outlet audit.</span></li></ul><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Requirements</strong></span><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must possess at least SPM or equivalent</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Skills required include team management, product knowledge, inventory management, data analysis, Microsoft&#160;savvy and understanding of visual merchandising principles<br>&#8226; Soft skills such as strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems are also crucial&#160; for effective merchandising</span></li></ul>",
