The work required by the successful candidate is diverse and requires strong capabilities in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity  with Microstation and Open Roads.</p>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li>\n <li>California Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in transportation engineering design.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge in roadway and highway design, grading, drainage, and utility relocation.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with various disciplines to complete tasks and projects.</li>\n <li>Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and familiar with Microstation/Open Roads.</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently to meet project schedules within budgets.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively project manager, coworkers, sub consultants, and agency review staff, and utilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to compose technical reports, memorandums, and other written communication.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
