By working directly with insurance providers, we give our customers peace of mind when they need it most.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Field Operations Supervisor</strong>, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations for water mitigation and/or mold remediation projects and field crews. This position ensures jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards, while maintaining strong communication with customers, adjusters, and internal teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Operational Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Oversee daily operations, including pre-production and work-in-progress job boards.</li><li>Ensure jobs are completed within established schedules and quality standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Communication</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Respond to inquiries from insurance adjusters, homeowners, and property managers.</li><li>Drive projects forward by removing obstacles through clear communication with all parties.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Efficiency</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensure jobs progress as planned and efficiently, including accurate use of internal project management tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer and Team Interaction</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead communication on complex or sensitive jobs.</li><li>Resolve customer service issues, performance concerns, and execution challenges professionally.</li></ul><p><strong>Remediation Assessments and Reviews</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conduct remediation assessments as needed.</li><li>Ensure technicians secure 5-star reviews and follow up to address and improve lower ratings.</li></ul><p><strong>Fleet and Equipment Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage truck loading and ensure teams are properly equipped for each project.</li><li>Partner with warehouse leadership on equipment repairs, inventory, and procurement.</li></ul><p><strong>Visual and Operational Standards</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensure trucks and equipment are stocked, functioning correctly, and maintained.</li><li>Maintain technician professionalism and proper equipment use.</li></ul><p><strong>Training and Supervision</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Train and supervise a high-performing team; conduct weekly training and safety meetings.</li><li>Manage overtime, scheduling, and approve sub-labor requests as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Metrics and Reporting</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Review operational dashboards/reports to evaluate performance and identify improvements.</li><li>Conduct weekly ride-alongs to inspect job sites and coach teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Department Collaboration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operational execution and improve efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Handling New Losses</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage new loss jobs from start to finish during peak demand periods.</li></ul><p><strong>On-Call and Technology Utilization</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime as required.</li><li>Utilize industry technology to improve efficiency (mobile apps, moisture management systems, etc.).</li></ul><p><strong>Estimation Duties</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Produce remediation damage estimates and serve as a backup to in-home sales/estimating support.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES / QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Education:</strong> High School Diploma (required)</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years in progressively responsible water damage restoration roles with strong project management and customer service experience</li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> IICRC WRT required; ASD and AMRT strongly preferred</li><li><strong>Computer Skills:</strong> Proficiency with restoration and reporting tools (e.g., MICA, DASH, Xactimate, Power BI or similar)</li><li><strong>Other Requirements:</strong> Hands-on experience with moisture management systems and field equipment; ability to manage multiple projects; strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and internal teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Health insurance (Vision, Dental &amp; Life)</li><li>401(k) with matching</li><li>PTO &amp; Holiday Pay</li><li>Commission opportunity</li><li>Advancement potential</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
