We are building a high-performing remote team to support estimating, design, and project delivery.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role</span></span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Structural Engineer with real experience in roads and bridges design</span>.</p>\n<p>This is not an entry-level or support role. You will be responsible for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">producing actual engineering work</span>, including calculations and design.</p>\n<p>This role is execution-focused. You are expected to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">work independently, solve problems, and deliver results</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform structural design and analysis for roads, bridges, and civil infrastructure</li>\n<li>Prepare and review engineering calculations and design outputs</li>\n<li>Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements</li>\n<li>Support projects from design through execution</li>\n<li>Coordinate with estimating, project management, and field teams</li>\n<li>Identify and solve engineering problems independently</li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and quality of all engineering deliverables</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering</li>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5 years experience (10+ preferred)</span> in structural design</li>\n<li>Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">road and bridge design</span></li>\n<li>Strong understanding of structural engineering principles</li>\n<li>Ability to perform calculations and technical analysis</li>\n<li>Experience in construction or design environments</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Must be able to work in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">U.S. EST business hours</span></li>\n<li>Reliable internet connection</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive monthly pay (based on experience)</li>\n<li>Long-term opportunity with growth</li>\n</ul>",
