This includes pediatric, geriatric and the general patient population.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care as indicated and evaluates for effectiveness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Makes appropriate explanation to patients regarding procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitors patient and physician satisfaction and follows through on needs identified through the monitoring process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains current basic medical knowledge. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates competence and skill in the in the application of knowledge. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Performance of History and Physical exam proficiently. Record review will show 95% or higher compliance with documentation proficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Record keeping is accurate, complete and timely. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keeps Rural Health Clinic Medical Director informed of unusual occurrences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age and gender.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Abide by policies and procedures of AMH.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Performs other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be willing to receive all required vaccinations (i.e., flu shot, etc.). </span></em></span><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">All new employees working must be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment (unless the new hire has requested and received an exemption).
