Attend promptly to the requests of patients and their family/caregiver, offering compassionate and unwavering support.</li>\n <li><strong>Assist with Personal Care:</strong> Support patients with various personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing. Your presence offers confidence and reassurance during this challenging time.</li>\n <li><strong>Maintain Accurate Documentation:</strong> Every detail is crucial in delivering high-quality care, both in the patient's home and within our agency and regulatory standards. Your attention to detail is vital to our success.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.</li>\n <li>Valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) license OR a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 6 months experience in hospice or skilled nursing facility preferred. Hospice exp a plus!</li>\n <li>Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated</li>\n <li>Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>$20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general posting guideline for the role and is not a fixed offer. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and the specific responsibilities of the position. The exact compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.</strong></p>",
