They perform proper inventory maintenance activities through quality control steps and adherence to warehouse procedures. Some of the benefits of joining our team are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay.</li>\n <li>Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.</li>\n <li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project Hours</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8-hour shifts</li>\n <li>3 days per week, with flexibility</li>\n <li>Averaging 24 hours per week</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.</li>\n <li>Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.</li>\n <li>Execute standard procedures for all assigned duties.</li>\n <li>Properly read and execute parts tickets and packaging instructions and recognize the distinction between products.</li>\n <li>Ability to properly use scanner equipment to scan material into inventory and onto shipment.</li>\n <li>Understand inventory processes, warehouse locations and bin layouts.</li>\n <li>Pull parts in a timely and efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely and follow all BMC safety policies when performing job tasks; recognize safety concerns in the shipping/receiving area.</li>\n <li>As required, or directed, operate forklifts to transfer finished products and secure products for shipment.</li>\n <li>Inspects forklift daily prior to operation and requests preventative maintenance as required.</li>\n <li>Keep the assigned area clean and organized.</li>\n <li>Work as a member of a team.</li>\n <li>other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>6 months to 1 year’s warehouse experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Previous RF Scanners, WM’s, and VLM’s RF experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.). </li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to set priorities, professionally manage stress and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Team player, enthusiastic hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.</li>\n <li>Professional demeanor with the ability to represent Blanchard Machinery while interacting with customers.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency and exceed customer expectations. </li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. </li>\n <li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.</li>\n <li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.</li>\n <li>Requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.</li>\n <li>Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>",
