    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Responsible for functioning as an intermediary between the service department, the customer, the vendor, and the manufacturer assuring the warranty process is fluid and the customers&rsquo; equipment is returned to service promptly and warranty payments are received from the manufacturer timely.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Direct Reports</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position manages the following roles:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Warranty Administrator</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Customer Support Representative II</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Centralized Warranty Administrator</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage warranty system functions such as parts return requests, dealer-to-dealer responsibility transfers, ordering special tools, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with internal resources and subcontractors to ensure all claims are addressed in a timely fashion, within scope, and while maintaining necessary financial spending controls.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform periodic audits at company locations to be certain that all manufacturer requirements for warranty processing are met to prevent future chargebacks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain proper warranty records/documentation to ensure contract compliance and warranty requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain a warranty appeals process.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with manufacturer representatives to manage policy requests and satisfy manufacturer objectives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as primary contact for all warranty issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide training on warranty procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with managing completion of Product Improvement Programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise expert alerts and inquiries to the customer contact center.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5 + years&rsquo; experience in relevant industry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of the operation of the service and parts departments and the support of the sales and interaction with the administrative/accounting department.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Expertise in John Deere&rsquo;s warranty system and service center.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Expertise in CDK and/or similar ERPs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Professional demeanor and cooperative attitude.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Highly organized, with technical proficiency and the ability to communicate well with manufacturers, vendors, customers and shop personnel and process warranty claims in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to collect data, define problems, interpret technical instructions and reach reasonable conclusions for warrantable repairs.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work will be performed both in an office environment as well as an outside area</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have good manual dexterity</li></ul></div>\n",
