Learn more at&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://elakeviewcenter.org/about-us/careers/\">Careers – Lakeview Center (elakeviewcenter.org)</a>.</p><p><strong>About LCI with Benefits</strong></p><p>Medical • Dental • Vision • Basic Life and AD&amp;D • Voluntary Term Life • Employer Paid Long Term Disability • Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Account • Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) • Employee Assistance Program • Accident Insurance • Group Critical Illness Insurance • Individual Short-Term Disability Insurance • Paid Time Off&nbsp;• Identity Theft Protection&nbsp;• Employee Discount Program • Teladoc &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>A CARE Team Response Technician assists the counselors/therapeutic/nursing staff by providing clinical support to adults and children who are receiving substance abuse, mental health services or co-occurring disorders in residential programs, inpatient settings, day/evening programs, outpatient programs and/or community-based programs.</p><p>This position is responsible for, but is not limited to:</p><ul><li>Establishing a positive helping relationship with persons receiving services.</li><li>Assisting persons receiving services to complete activities of daily living, including accessing needed resources, and building functional, pro-social relationships with others.</li><li>Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of person receiving services.</li><li>Implementing specific interventions according to the person’s treatment or service plan.</li><li>Monitoring and documenting the person’s progress.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>At least one (1) year of experience working directly with seriously mentally ill persons or completed one year (24 hours) of college classes.</li><li>Must have 3 months experience in a related role.</li><li>2 years’ experience in acute care setting is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of crisis intervention preferred.</li><li>Must be able to pass advanced level CPI Training within three (3) months of employment.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate sufficient proficiency/competency in utilizing CPI.</li><li>Ability to mentor and train others.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate to the exemplary level our organizations values.</li><li>Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families, as required.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>Base pay ranges from $17.50 - $18.75 an hour based on experience with an additional supplemental pay (up to 8% of base pay) for the Central Receiving Facility.
