This role is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of various healthcare roles, fostering a deeper appreciation of interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care. By engaging in this shadowing experience, candidates will develop foundational knowledge and practical skills that support their career exploration and professional growth in the healthcare industry.
