The ideal candidate is an experienced <strong>Property Manager in Orlando, Florida</strong> with a strong background in leasing, compliance, and operational management.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of <strong>residential property operations</strong>, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant services.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring strong <strong>tenant relations and customer service</strong>.</li><li>Advertise vacancies on platforms such as <strong>Indeed, Zillow, and Apartments.com</strong>, conduct showings, and screen applicants.</li><li>Process lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with <strong>lease terms and Fair Housing laws</strong>.</li><li>Oversee move-ins and move-outs, including <strong>inspections, deposits, and documentation</strong>.</li><li>Enforce lease terms and initiate action for <strong>delinquencies, evictions, and policy violations</strong>.</li><li>Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with vendors and contractors.</li><li>Maintain accurate <strong>financial records</strong>, including rent rolls, invoices, and property reports.</li><li>Develop and manage <strong>property budgets</strong> to control costs and improve profitability.</li><li>Hire and oversee vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel.</li><li>Stay up to date with <strong>Florida housing laws and local ordinances</strong>.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
