Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role leads a small team (2+ people) and bridges engineering, manufacturing, and sales to define new products and capture global market share.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a focused team of product marketing professionals while managing the lifecycle of the Standard Products portfolio from definition to EOL.</li><li>Drive New Product Definition (NPD) by translating market trends, competitive research (TAM/SAM/SOM), and customer needs into technical specifications and strong business cases.</li><li>Execute global go-to-market strategies, establishing value propositions, pricing models, and volume discount structures across automotive, industrial, consumer, and data center verticals.</li><li>Enable global sales channels and distributors with technical collateral, training, and targeted demand-generation campaigns.</li><li>Partner with manufacturing operations to align build plans with market demand and safeguard against supply chain disruptions.</li></ul>",
