You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·        Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion</p>\n<p>·        Review and respond to management inquiries, as needed.</p>\n<p>·        Respond to escalated routes and questions from customers.</p>\n<p>·        Process orders in accordance with ServiceLink and client requirements</p>\n<p>·        Meet minimum daily production quota while maintaining a high degree of quality.</p>\n<p>·        Provide direction to team members and assist the supervisors in maintaining processing timelines and production requirements.</p>\n<p>·        Maintain open communication with team members and team leader</p>\n<p>·        Develop relationships with our vendors and our co-workers</p>\n<p>.        Perform all other duties as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·        High School diploma or equivalent required</p>\n<p>·        Practical work experience within real estate industry</p>\n<p>·        Proven customer service skills</p>\n<p>·        Proficiency with personal computers</p>",
