Our program participants will look to you to create activities in the areas of arts and crafts, drama, sports and games, outdoor recreation, field trips, special events, socialization and quiet activities. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Additional responsibilities include: Assist Site Director in maintaining good communication lines with parents through daily communication systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Develop and maintain good rapport and good communications with the School District staff at program site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Assume responsibilities of Site Director as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Assist with set-up and takedown of equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL BRING: </span>High school graduate or equivalent. </span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHEN YOU’LL WORK: </span>Monday-Friday, 6:30am-8:00am and 2:30pm-6:00pm; </span><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">must also be available to work the \"School Day Off\" program.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">No nights, No weekends, No major holidays!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL GET:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">The anticipated starting pay for this position is $19/hour depending on experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Rec Station Leader I falls under Pay Grade C with a pay range of $15.50-$26.50</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">In exchange for your time and talent, we offer a generous benefits package for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>PART-TIME CATEGORY 2</em></span>, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Rec Station employees can enroll their age-eligible dependents in Rec Station programming at no cost during the shifts in which they work (i.e., before and/or after school)!
