    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Server @ First Colonial Inn</strong> provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: (PT) 6:30am - 10:30am (must be able to work weekends)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range $16.50 - $17.00/hr (No tips)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Paid Vacation /</strong><strong> 401K / </strong><strong>Free Meal each shift</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner</li>\n <li>Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed</li>\n <li>Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests </li>\n <li>Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings </li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as required<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A passion for excellence</li>\n <li>A great moral compass</li>\n <li>High school graduate preferred</li>\n <li>6 months to 1 year of dining experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
