For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role you will: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients </li>\n <li>Assist in preparing client project funding documents </li>\n <li>Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress </li>\n <li>Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments </li>\n <li>Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners </li>\n <li>Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan </li>\n <li>Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings </li>\n <li>Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews </li>\n <li>Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders </li>\n <li>Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline </li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines </li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun </li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. </p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
