    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>Our Business Unit aims to support our clients&#8217; performance improvement for management and operations, with services ranging from strategic planning to tactical execution.</p><p>Through our insights, coming from various local and global experiences, and industry-specific skill sets, we assist companies with market expansion and creation of competitive advantages, as well as profitability improvement for their core business through aimed strategies towards operational efficiency, process improvements, and the optimization of our clients&#8217; IT investments, related to their industry.</p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Establish a network of experts across the (local) industry.</li><li>Collect/Research the latest market trends and movements.</li><li>Propose and help develop industry specific solution relevant to market trends.</li><li>Lead the Consulting Business in Automotive Industry both for Project lead/Management and Sales activity, with providing insides and advice.</li><li>Project Management: Manage the project by leading general PM tasks such as Entire Project Planning, Progress management, Issue Management...etc.</li><li>Contribute Automotive Industry Consulting: Provide the consulting services to the company mainly focusing to IT related project and/or Business Process Improvement. IT scope including Front-End mobile apps, Core mainframe system and Data Management such as BI, Dashboard...etc.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Graduated from reputable University with related background</li><li>Having more than 5 years experience in IT Consulting that related to Automotive Industries&#160;</li><li>Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Able to speak Japanese will be a plus</li><li>Industry &amp; Business Area: Working experience in a major OEM or within the Automotive Value Chain, In-depth knowledge of the overall Automotive Value Chain especially for distributors and dealer networks regarding their processes and benchmarks, New Car Sales, Used Car Sales, After Sales and Service.</li><li>Business Experience: Experience in Supply Chain Management Area</li><li>Solution Experience: Implementation experience in ERP (SAP, Non-SAP), CRM, WM,&#160;DMS (Dealer Management System)</li></ol>",
