    "description": "<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health Washington Township | Washington Township | Full-Time | Varied</p>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse </li>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN or CCNE)</li>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing required</li>\n <li>Nursing related Master’s degree required (must be initiated within one year post hire and completed within 4 years)</li>\n <li>Certification in specialty area required within 2 years of hire date </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Position Preferences:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written</li>\n <li>Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</li>\n <li>Experience as a Labor RN preceptor</li>\n <li>Experience with Professional Development programs, such as CE development, Professional Ladder, Leadership Fellowship, Simulation Facilitation, NRP instructor</li>\n <li>Progressive leadership roles</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
