    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Equipment Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining equipment and tools in the module plant. The incumbent also develops, coordinates, and participates in continuous improvement equipment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>General Maintenance</li>\n <li>Operation of all plant equipment and support production regarding equipment</li>\n <li>Perform and complete daily check sheet.</li>\n <li>Maintain and perform 3R5S in work areas related to maintenance property and equipment.</li>\n <li>Make a list and repair damaged objects regarding equipment</li>\n <li>Preventive Maintenance</li>\n <li>Perform and complete preventive maintenance with SAP work orders</li>\n <li>Perform weekend work plan tasks</li>\n <li>Performs shutdown and holiday work plan tasks</li>\n <li>Make suggestions for improving Preventive Maintenance</li>\n <li>Breakdown Maintenance</li>\n <li>Conduct troubleshooting for equipment problems or breakdowns</li>\n <li>Repair equipment as needed</li>\n <li>Complete downtime log for every downtime event</li>\n <li>Complete trouble report with countermeasure or improvement report</li>\n <li>Planning for Maintenance</li>\n <li>Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly of shift related equipment</li>\n <li>Planning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs related to equipment</li>\n <li>Communication</li>\n <li>Share information for shift change meeting regarding any maintenance daily issue</li>\n <li>Health and Safety</li>\n <li>Maintain Personal Protective Equipment (OSHA and MOBIS Standards)</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazard</li>\n <li>Report Results</li>\n <li>Check sheet and 3R5S</li>\n <li>SAP work order, weekend/shutdown/holiday work plan tasks</li>\n <li>Related equipment breakdown issues</li>\n <li>All other duties assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>No</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em>(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school graduate and five more years of maintenance experience</li>\n <li>A technical College degree and three more years of maintenance experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems</li>\n <li>Some knowledge of Robots</li>\n <li>Some knowledge of Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Some knowledge of Auto CAD</li>\n <li>Ability to understand module function in JIS (Just In Time) Manufacturing Environment</li>\n <li>Ability to draw concept layouts and write equipment specifications for purchasing facilities, jigs, workstations, line side racks and etc.</li>\n <li>Research and request quotations from suppliers (equipment, tool, fixtures, purchased components, etc.)</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Educated and experienced of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for documentation</li>\n <li>2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD/CATIA) proficiency</li>\n <li>Excellent people skills to include collaboration in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment</li>\n <li>Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>None Required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>50% in the office, 50% on the production floor or 70% in the office, 30% on the production floor</li>\n <li>Traversing production floor</li>\n <li>Use of protective equipment, devices, and clothing</li>\n <li>Ascending/descending ladders</li>\n <li>Lifting 40-50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Possible international travel to Headquarters</li>\n <li>Domestic travel to customers, suppliers, or other sites as needed</li>\n <li>Overtime and weekend work as needed<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>",
