      "content": "<li>Accountable for all company assets of the branch location.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>Responsibility for profitability of branch.</li><li> Oversee all branch sales, warehousing, pricing and customer relations.</li><li>With approval from corporate, initiate the hiring, releasing and disciplinary action of all the employees under direct supervision.</li><li>Approve, within budgetary limits, all branch office expenditures for purchase of supplies and equipment.</li><li>Make certain that customer complaints and claims are properly handled.</li><li>Responsibility for the physical plant and maintenance.</li><li>Oversee all sales activities to ensure that orders are entered, filed and priced properly.</li><li>Provide technical product information to staff and customers.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels that ensures acceptable serviceability and turn rate.</li><li>Responsible for the safeguard of all company assets at the branch location.</li><li>Keep management abreast of all matters pertaining to the effective operations of the branch.</li><li>Perform duties inherent in all supervisory positions</li><li>May perform duties of an Outside or Inside Salesperson as outlined in the job description for that position.</li><li>Attend and participate in company meetings, industry conferences and conventions as requested by management.</li><li>Audit customer orders for proper pricing.</li><li>Maintain current product information and coordinate its distribution and availability to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Develop and conduct sales training.</li><li>This position may require doing aspects of every job which is associated with the branch operation.</li><li>Implement company and OSHA safety policies that apply.</li>"

      "content": "<li>HS Diploma or GED</li><li>Associates, Bachelors or Industry Certifications in related field is preferred &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years related experience in industrial sales / distribution branch management  </li><li>General understanding of the mine supply business</li><li>Must be able to complete the company training program</li><li>Possess effective written and verbal communication skills / ability to communicate to management, customers and employees through presentations and reports</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning sales, pricing policies and procedures, customer lists, credit information, correspondence and any other information which might be harmful to the company, customers or other employees if revealed.</li><li>Computer proficiency is required / ability to learn and effectively use company systems</li><li>Ability to operate Forklift and Other Loading Equipment </li><li>&nbsp;Use of Company Vehicles Not Requiring Special Licenses - a Valid driver's license is required </li>"

      "content": "<li>Scheduling will be determined by management based on company needs.</li><li>Normal work hours are 7 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, weekends as required.</li><li>Work in store/warehouse environment with merchandise in various stages of resale.</li><li>Work in varying temperatures according to seasonal changes.</li><li>Responsible to follow and ensure employees follow company safety policies designed to prevent accidents and promote employee health.</li><li>Reporting of all accidents according to company policy.</li><li>Work around fast-paced store/warehouse while heavy and large merchandise is being moved.</li><li>Frequently work around heavy equipment.</li><li>In any industrial setting there is a constant need for alertness to changes in the surrounding environment.</li>"
