    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain therapist’s role and client rights and responsibilities, including confidentiality and mandated reporting;</li>\n<li>Complete a diagnostic assessment on all clients referred, gathering information from a referral source, client chart and other pertinent sources, including family members and past providers of care; Assessment will be done as needed; however, therapist is required to complete updated assessment on clients who are on current caseload;</li>\n<li>Determine DSM-5 diagnosis;</li>\n<li>Complete treatment plan which is done every six months or as needed;</li>\n<li>Provide individual and family therapy;</li>\n<li>Document all contacts, referrals, and other necessary information;</li>\n<li>Maintain a caseload of 25 clients a week</li>\n<li>Apply crisis management skills when necessary to stabilize clients;</li>\n<li>Participate in monthly case reviews of clients in peer-group supervision;</li>\n<li>Identify and participate in other training or committees that can further enhance professional growth;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications -<span> </span></span>Qualified applicants meeting the criteria outlines above will be contacted for to schedule a follow-up interview.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and/or Experience –<span> </span></span>This position requires a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling.
