font-size: 12pt\">Installs outdoor transformers and makes standard connections with supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Installs medium voltage cable and terminates with supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Learns to operate line trucks and bucket trucks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Learns to sets up and operates power pulling equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Terminates cable from 5kv and above with cold shrink termination kits with supervision. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assists in the installation of dry transformers and capacitors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sets various types of indoor and outdoor switchgear with supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Safeguards and maintains Tri‑M equipment, tools and vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assures compliance with National Electrical Code and High Voltage Electrical Safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keeps abreast of new developments and techniques in the electrical construction trade and industry. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Completion of a state‑approved apprenticeship program or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of four years’ experience in the electrical trade.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and understand bas one-line diagrams (power, special systems riser, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and the National Electric Safety Code (NESC), and the high voltage electrical safety book.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good character, neat appearance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of outdoor electrical system.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to climb height of 70 ‘on poles or scaffolds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a valid commercial driver’s license-Class A (CDL) or in the process of obtaining and a history of safe driving.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
